• We’ll come over and take a look at your property. We’ll also chat with you so we know your goals.

• Next, we’ll figure out the best strategy to rent out your property so we can meet your goals. We’ll also provide you with an estimate of the rent based on a market analysis.

• So your property looks fantastic, we’ll get professional quality photographs. Then, for maximum exposure, we’ll advertise it on our website and on multiple listing syndications, including advertising on websites such as Zillow, Zumper, Trulia & Hotpads.

• In addition, we’ll also reach out to our network of relocation agents to find you great tenants.

• We’ll conduct private showings for prospective tenants.

• For those that apply, we conduct a thorough screening, including credit history, financial qualifications, rental history, etc and present those qualifications to you for your approval.

• We’ll write up the lease and any required addendums. We provide you with an extensive and detailed lease that protects your interests as a landlord.
